At BullyBillows, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your premium gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in brand-new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unwashed, free of dog hair, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
